Mango and Yogurt Smoothie

This superb fresh drink is easily to make and is best consumed freshly made.


Ingredients serve 1

1 mango cheek (100g)
70 g yogurt
70 g coconut water

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a straw.


Note: Replace coconut water with milk or water.
