Banana and Mango Smoothie

This refreshing healthy raw summer drink is best consumed freshly made.


Ingredients serve 1

100 g mango
70 g yogurt
70 g coconut water

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a spoon and straw.


Note: Replace coconut water with almond milk or plain water.
