This stimulating smooth and healthy raw
drink is best consumed freshly made.
Ingredients
serve 2
1 ripe banana (120g)
1 tsp spirulina
1 cup almond milk (250ml)
1 tbls honey (20g)
½ cup yogurt (120g)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
5 crushed ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and
process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a spoon and
straw.
Note: Replace almond milk with milk or water.
