This energizing smooth drink is made with
fresh chilled ingredients and best consumed freshly made.
Ingredients
serve 2
1 ripe banana (120g)
80 g strawberries
½ cup natural Greek yogurt (120g)
150 ml water
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and
process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a spoon and
straw.
Note: Replace water with coconut water or milk and try adding other
ingredients such as honey, cinnamon or black pepper.
