This chilled drink has a good coffee flavour and is similar to iced coffee.
Ingredients serve 1
150 ml chilled strong black coffee
60 ml milk
1 tbls chocolate ice cream (40 g)
Method
Place the ingredients in a blender and process for 1 minute. Pour into a chilled long ball glass and serve with a straw.
Note: Add 60 ml vodka for the cocktail version.
