These individual chocolate mousse tarts are perfect for
dessert or afternoon tea.
Ingredients
Shortbread shells
Chocolate mousse
Whipped cream
Strawberries
Marbled chocolate tiles
Method
Brush melted chocolate on the cooked shortbread shells. Pipe
chocolate mousse on top and pipe a rosette with whipped cream. Decorate with
half a strawberry and a chocolate tile.
Note. Try adding
chopped marshmallows to the chocolate mousse.
