Try this delightful healthy and uplifting
smoothie before breakfast or as an afternoon energy drink.
Ingredients
serve 2
250 g peeled and deseeded watermelon
125 g raspberries
2 mint leaves
150 ml water or ice cubes
200 g yogurt
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and
process until smooth approx. 30 seconds pour, into a tall glass. Serve straight
away with a straw.
Note:
Add 2 tsp
freshly minced ginger and a pinch of cinnamon for added impression.
