This is a thorough delicious cool summer
mocktail and is also a great cocktail with vodka.
Ingredients
serve 1
200 ml pomegranate juice
2 scoops vanilla ice cream (150g)
Method
Pour pomegranate juice into a tall glass and
add vanilla ice cream. Stir the components with a spoon until evenly mixed.
Serve with a straw and a spoon.
Note: Add 60 ml vodka for the cocktail version
