This is a luscious cocktail if you like coffee and cream. Mixed with Frangelico’s nutty flavour.
Ingredients serve 1
30 ml Bailey’s Irish cream
30 ml espresso coffee, chilled
20 ml Frangelico
30 ml cream
5 crushed ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until well frosted. Strain into a cocktail glass and sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Serve straight away.
Note: Substitute Bailey’s Irish Cream with Tia Maria or Kahlua.
