Salmon is one of
the most versatile proteins to eat at dinner in this recipe the skinless salmon
steak is baked in the oven.
40 g English spinach
50 g butter
1 salmon steak (200g)
Toasted pine nuts
Lime
Method
Preheat oven to 200ÂșC normal bake. Brush butter in a baking
tray and place the salmon steak on top. Place ½ of the butter on the salmon
steak. Bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes. Place the rest of the butter in
a frying pan over medium heat. Add spinach and toss until blanched. Place on a
plate with the cooked salmon on top. Drizzle with cracked pepper and sprinkle
some toasted pine nuts. Serve with a slice of lime and sourdough bread.
Note: You can
also cook this in a parcel with herbs, spices and vegetables.
