This is a lovely creamy cocktail as an early dinner drink.
Ingredients Serve 4
¼ cup cocoa syrup
¼ cup Coffee liqueur
¼ cup Brandy
1 cup cream
Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix
until smooth and frothy. Serve in chilled highball glasses and sprinkle cocoa
powder or grated chocolate on top.
Note: Try
chocolate peppermint liqueur instead of coffee liqueur.
