Tuna chives and cream cheese dip

A great dip or spread containing cheese, tuna and lemon.




Ingredients

200 g drained tuna
300 g cream cheese
½ lemon juice and zest
2 tsp black cracked pepper
1 tsp salt
¼ cup finely chopped chives

Method

Place the cream cheese in a large bowl with the lemon juice/zest and mix until smooth. Add the other ingredients and mix well to combine. Place mixture in a serving bowl and surround with assorted chips or crackers.

Note: Make the dip as close to serving time as possible.
