Blue Lagoon Cocktail

A nice refreshing cocktail, Blue Lagoon is a cool summer cocktail using blue Curaçao as a main element and most likely originated in the 80’s.

Ingredients

1 part vodka (30ml)

1 part Blue Curacao (30ml)

4 parts lemonade (120ml)

Cracked ice

Lemon slice

Maraschino cherry

Method

Fill a long highball cocktail glass with ice and pour in vodka, blue Curacao. Add the lemonade and garnish with a cherry and a slice of lemon or lime. Serve straight away.

Note:  Pineapple juice in other version of this cocktail. This is a great cocktail and is easy to make as a mocktail. Add lemonade instead of vodka and a few drop of blue food colour.
