Sour Cream Dip

A dip or dipping sauce is a frequently used condiment for many kinds of food and are frequently used with finger foods and appetizer. This is a creamy sauce with endless possibilities and a great aroma.

Ingredients

300 ml sour cream

½ tsp crushed garlic

4 tbls chopped chives

4 tbls chopped red capsicum

¼ tsp salt

Pinch white pepper

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and garnish with chopped chives. Cover with food wrap and keep refrigerated.
