A delightful healthy and uplifting smoothie
enjoyed before breakfast or as an afternoon energy drink.
Ingredients
serve 1
125 ml orange juice
100 g strawberries
200 g yogurt
1 tsp Spirulina powder
5 ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and
process until smooth approx. 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass. Serve straight
away with a straw.
Note: Try using 100 ml cold water instead of ice cubes and add a 1 tsp
honey for extra aroma.
