healthy 26 gram protein smoothie.
Ingredients
serve 1
100 g Greek yogurt (10g protein)
100 g frozen blackberries (1g protein)
250 ml milk (8g protein)
1 egg (7g Protein)
1 tsp honey
¼ tsp cinnamon
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and
process until smooth approx. 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and serve
straight away.
Note: Try using strawberries instead of blackberries and add 50 gram almonds
(10 gram protein).
