An enjoyable healthy and uplifting smoothie
enjoyed as a breakfast or afternoon energy drink.
Ingredients
serve 1
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ ripe peeled frozen banana
1 tbls protein powder
1 tsp spirulina powder
200 ml cold water
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and
process until smooth approx. 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and serve
straight away.
Note: Try using blackberries instead of strawberries and add 1tsp honey
for sweetness.
