Try a delicious healthy and elevating
smoothie before breakfast or as an afternoon energy drink.
Ingredients
serve 1
250 g peeled and deseeded watermelon
125 g raspberries
2 mint leaves
150 ml water or ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and
process until smooth approx. 30 seconds, pour into a tall glass. Serve straight
away with a straw.
Note: Add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavour.
