This exquisite green refreshing drink is
fabulous at any celebration.
Ingredients
serve 2
2 peeled and chopped kiwi fruit
5 ice cubes
¼ cup lemon juice
⅛ cup sugar (25g)
½ cup cold sparkling water (125ml)
Method
Place kiwi fruit, ice cubes, lemon juice
and sugar in a food processor and blend evenly. Add sparkling water and blend
evenly. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with a slice of kiwi fruit. Serve
straight away.
Note: Substitute sparkling water with champagne for the alcoholic
version.
