Banana and Mango Milkshake

This stimulating healthy milkshake is perfect for summer and is best consumed freshly made.


Ingredients serve 1

1 ripe banana (80g)
80 g mango puree
150 ml milk
1 tbls honey

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a spoon and straw.


Note: Try adding other ingredients such as coconut water, almond milk or cinnamon.
