Cucumber Mint and Yoghurt Dip

This mild smooth and flavoursome yoghurt spread is suitable for many purpose such as a dip with carrot sticks.


Ingredients make 2 cups

1 grated Lebanese cucumber (120g)
200 g plain greek yoghurt
1 tbls lemon juice
½ tsp sea salt

Method

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Place the spread covered in the fridge until needed.

Note: Try adding other ingredient such as garlic, ginger and capsicum.
