Papaya and Spirulina Smoothie

This exciting green healthy drink is best consumed freshly made.


Ingredients serve 2

1 tsp spirulina
1 papaya (120g)
1 lime, juice
¼ ground ginger
¼ cup yogurt (60g)
100 ml coconut water

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a spoon and straw.


Note: Replace coconut water with milk or water.
