Irish Cream Fudge

This is an easy delicious soft fudge and excellent for after dinner sweets.

Ingredients make 20 pieces

400 g chopped dark chocolate
1 can condensed milk (400g)
75 g chopped butter, chopped
60 ml Irish cream liqueur

Method

Place baking paper in a 20 x 20 x 4 cm square tin. Place cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, constantly stirring until the mixture is smooth. Add the Irish liqueur and mix evenly. Spread mixture equally in the prepared tin and place in the fridge. Allow at least 3 hours cooling before cutting into small bite sizes.

Note: Try other liqueur instead of Irish cream such as Tia Maria.
