The White Russian was created uniting Tia Maria and vodka with a dash of fresh cream and is a correct everlasting classic cocktail. In this version the cream is replaced with skim milk.
Ingredients
30 ml Tia Maria
30 ml Vodka
60 ml skim milk
5 crushed ice cubes
Dark chocolate shavings
Method
Place ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the shaker is well frosted and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.
Note: If you don’t have Tia Maria substitute with Kahlua.
