The classic Lumumba drink is made with brandy, hot chocolate
and whipped cream and served in a tall glass.
Ingredients
60 ml Brandy or Cognac
200 ml hot chocolate
50 g whipped cream
Grated chocolate
Method
Pour the brandy in a tall glass and pour hot chocolate on
top. Place whipped cream on top and drizzle with grated dark chocolate. Serve
on a plate with a tall teaspoon.
Note: You can
also use Rum instead of Brandy.
