Blueberry and Cinnamon Smoothie

This spectacular healthy and stimulating smoothie is wonderful before breakfast or for an afternoon energy drink.



Ingredients serve 1

1 cored and chopped pear (120g)
125 g blueberries
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
½ tsp ground cinnamon
100 ml water

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth approx. 30 seconds until smooth and pour into a tall glass. Serve straight away with a straw.


Note: Add 1 tsp fresh minced ginger for extra zing and use coconut water instead of plain water.
