This moist healthy square bread is supreme for savoury
sandwiches.
Ingredients make 1
loaf
2 tsp dried yeast (6g)
2 tbls chia seeds (26g)
400 g lukewarm water
600 g white bread flour
3 tbls olive oil (36g)
2 tsp salt (12g)
Method
Place yeast, chia seeds, water and flour in a large mixing bowl. Blend until combined and add oil and salt. Knead the dough by hand or machine until smooth and rest covered for approx. 60 minutes. Remove the dough from the bowl and place on a lightly floured kitchen table. Deflate the dough and shape the dough into a log shape. Roll the bread in sesame seeds and place the dough in a greased 10 x 10 x 28 cm
