Puff pastry cheese sticks are perfect for any cocktail party with dips and best served on the day they are cooked.
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
2 tbls shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded parmesan cheese
Sweet paprika
Method
Preheat oven to 200ÂșC normal bake. Place the puff pastry on the table and brush with water or egg wash. Place half of the cheese on top and fold half of the pastry over on the other half. Press the pastry together and brush with water or egg wash and place the rest of the cheese on top. Sprinkle with sweet paprika. Cut the pastry in 1 cm wide strips. Twist the pastry pieces and place on a paper lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.

Note: The unbaked twists can be wrapped and stored in the freezer for later use.
