This silky smooth cheese mixture with the classic combination of lime and pepper is ideal as a dip, spread or dressing.
Ingredients
250 g cream cheese
200 g yogurt
1 lime, zest and juice
1 tsp cracked black pepper
Method
Place cream cheese in a bowl and blend in a food processor or use an electric whisk until smooth and soft. Add yogurt, zest, juice and pepper, blend until evenly smooth. Place in a container and cover. Store the dip in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
Note: Try adding other ingredients such as sea salt flakes, finely chopped chives or parsley.
