This smooth and spicy spread is perfect for dipping chips or
as a spread for a sandwich.
Ingredients
180 g cream cheese
150 g yogurt
2 tbls sweet chili sauce
1 avocado (150g)
Method
Place cream cheese in a bowl and blend in a food processor
or electric whisk until smooth and soft. Add yogurt, avocado and chili sauce,
blend until evenly smooth. Place in a container and cover. Store the dip in the
fridge for at least 8 hours.
Note: If you like
a more spicy dip, add other ingredients such as chili flakes.
