This is a perfect silky refreshing mixture of lavender, ginger, cheese and yogurt and is a wonderful spread or dip.
Ingredients
250 g cream cheese
200 g yogurt
2 tbls minced ginger
½ tsp dried lavender
Method
Place cream cheese in a bowl and blend in a food processor or electric whisk until smooth and soft. Add yogurt, ginger and lavender, blend until evenly smooth. Place in a container and cover. Store the dip in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
Note: Try adding other ingredients such as chopped coriander, tarragon or parsley.
