This excellent smooth cheese spread is perfect for a party
dip or spread for a sandwich and salad dressing.
Ingredients
250 g cream cheese
200 g yogurt
2 tbls minced garlic
1 tbls finely chopped chives
Method
Place cream cheese in a bowl and blend in a food processor
or electric whisk until smooth and soft. Add yogurt, garlic and chives, blend
until evenly smooth. Place in a container and cover. Store the dip in the
fridge for at least 8 hours.
Note: Try adding
other ingredients such as chopped parsley, coriander and shallots.
