This hot chocolate drink is perfect for the cold winter
nights containing your favourite whisky.
570 ml milk
55 g chopped dark chocolate
60 ml whisky
140 ml cream
Method
Place milk and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook until chocolate is melted while stirring and bring to boiling point.
Remove the hot chocolate from the heat and add the whisky. Blend the mixture
and pour into four cups. Whisk the cream and place on top of the four hot
chocolate. Sprinkle on top with cinnamon.
Note: Try ground
nutmeg or cocoa powder instead of cinnamon.
