Jam filled Crepe with Custard

A jam filled crepe with fresh strawberries and custard is an additional method of creating and serving a crepe for dessert.

Ingredients

Crepes (recipe)
Custard (recipe)
Strawberry jam
Strawberries
Icing sugar

Method

Make custard in advance and place in a Dariole mold. Make crepes according to the recipe. Place a crepe on a plate and spread some jam evenly all over. Fold the crepes into a cylinder shape and slice thinly. Place custard on a plate and sprinkle some sliced jam crepe pieces. Clean and cut some strawberries and place on the plate. Dust with icing sugar.

Note: The fruit and jam used can be change according to your liking. Use local fruit such red currants, black currants and cherries.
