Spirulina Mango and Raspberry Smoothie

This is a healthy and tasty smoothie enjoyed as a breakfast energy drink.


Ingredients serve 1

½ ripe peeled frozen mango (50g)
50 g frozen raspberries
1 tsp spirulina powder
125 ml milk
100 ml cold water
½ tsp honey
¼ tsp cinnamon

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth approx. 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and serve straight away.


Note: Try using blueberries instead of raspberries and add 1 tbls flax seed oil.
