Egg and Yogurt Protein Smoothie

We all need 0.8 gram protein per kilo bodyweight every day to rebuild muscle structure, therefore try this gratifying healthy 26 gram protein smoothie.


Ingredients serve 1

100 g Greek yogurt (10g protein)
100 g frozen blackberries (1g protein)
250 ml milk (8g protein)
1 egg (7g Protein)
1 tsp honey
¼ tsp cinnamon

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth approx. 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and serve straight away.


Note: Try using strawberries instead of blackberries and add 50 gram almonds (10 gram protein).
