Oat and Wheat Bran Biscuits

These homemade biscuits are so easy to make.


Ingredients make 24

150 g plain white flour
60 g wheat bran
60 g unsalted butter
110 g caster sugar
1 egg (60g)

Method

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC normal bake. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined. Roll the dough between two sheet of baking paper to a thickness of 4 mm. Cut disks with a 5 cm round cutter and place on paper lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for approx. 12 minutes. Allow cooling before placing in an airtight container.


Note: Try dipping the biscuit in melted chocolate.
