Banana and Blackberry Smoothie

This healthy raw drink is best consumed freshly made.


Ingredients serve 2

1 ripe banana (120g)
150 g blackberries
100 g yogurt
150 ml milk

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a spoon and straw.


Note: Try adding other ingredients such as honey.
