Avocado and Dill Dip

This is a very healthy and good versatile dip, easy and quick to make when unexpected guests arrive.


Ingredients

1 avocado (300g)
15 g chopped onion
1 tbls freshly dill

Method

Place the meat of the avocado in the food processor with onion and dill and pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Serve straight away with chips, crackers or cheese sticks. Refrigerate covered for up to 2 days.

Note: Try adding finely chopped red capsicum or chili after the dip is made for extra texture, flavour and colour.
