Banana Ginger and Rockmelon Smoothie

This divine healthy and refreshing smoothie is superb before breakfast or for an afternoon energy drink.


Ingredients serve 1

140 g rockmelon
1 banana (100g)
1 orange (140g)
1 tsp minced ginger
5 ice cubes

Method

Peel and chop the rockmelon, banana and orange, place in a blender with ginger and ice cubes. Blend until smooth approx. 1 minute and pour into a tall glass. Serve straight away with a straw.


Note: Double the amount for stronger ginger flavour.
