Sangue Rosa Cocktail

Mateus is a light medium sweet sparkling Portuguese Rosé wine and is ideal in this refreshing long drink.

Ingredients

60 ml Matues Rosé

30 ml Pomegranate juice

30 ml Agrum blood orange juice

5 crushed ice cubes

Method

Place ingredients in the glass and stir to chill. Place a straw in the glass and serve immediately.

Note: Substitute Mateus Rosé with Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Rosé.
