Irish Curdling Cow Cocktail

This is a different kind of cocktail with orange juice mixed with Irish cream delivering a surprising drink.

Ingredients serve 1

1 part vodka (30ml)
1 part Irish whiskey (30ml)

1 part Irish cream liquor (30ml)

5 crushed ice cubes

Method

Place ice into a high ball glass. Pour vodka, whiskey and Irish cream over the ice. Fill the glass with orange juice and stir. Serve with a straw straight away.

Note: It would not be an Irish cocktail if you don’t use Jamison Whiskey and Bailey’s Irish cream, however you can use other brands to get the same effect.
