Mocha Slush Mocktail

Store bought syrups are nice to use for this mocktail but it is best to make your own syrup from scratch.


Ingredients serve 1

60 ml coffee syrup
30 ml chocolate syrup
110 ml milk
5 crushed ice cubes

Method

Place the ingredients in a blender and process until slushy. Pour into a chilled long ball glass. Decorate with chocolate and serve with a straw.


Note: Add 60 ml vodka for the cocktail version.
