Orange and Mango Smoothie

Enjoy this remarkable healthy and motivating smoothie before breakfast or as an afternoon energy drink.


Ingredients serve 1

2 oranges
1 mango
1 tsp lime juice
100 ml water

Method

Peel the orange and cut into small pieces. Discard the seeds as they could leave a bitter taste. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth approx. 30 seconds and pour into a tall glass. Serve straight away with a straw.


Note: Be assured all ingredients are cooled in the fridge. For extra zing add 1 tsp freshly minced ginger and ice cubes instead of plain water.
