This is the classic green minty champagne cocktail and is also known as the Emerald Gem cocktail.
Ingredients for 1
Chilled Champagne
1 tsp crème de menthe (¼ Part)
Chilled flute glass
Method
Place the crème de menthe in a chilled champagne flute and top with chilled champagne. Serve straight away.
Note: For the mocktail version substitute champagne with sparkling cider and crème de menthe with spearmint essence for guests who do not want to drink alcohol.
