Sour Cream Tuna Salad

The tuna used in a salad is usually pre cooked or canned and Tuna salad is normally a combination of the three key ingredients tuna, celery or relish and mayonnaise. The salad is generally served on top of lettuce, tomato, avocado or a combination of these.



Sour Cream Tuna Salad serves 4

2 can drained tuna (190g)
2 tbls sour cream (30g)
½ tbls finely chopped Dill
1 tbls finely chopped chives (4g)

Method

Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend lightly. Store covered in the refrigerator ready to use preferable the same day.

Variations: Try Smoked Salmon instead of tuna or add any or all of the following ingredients: chopped radish, shredded cheese, mustard instead of sour cream, curry powder, cumin, garlic or vinaigrette.
