This is an enjoyable and refreshing
mocktail, Blue Lagoon cocktal is a cool summer using blue Curaçao as a main
element and originated in the 80’s.
1 part Blue cordial (30ml)
5 parts lemonade (120ml)
Cracked ice
Lemon slice
Maraschino cherry
Method
Fill a highball cocktail glass with
ice and pour in blue cordial. Add the lemonade and garnish with a cherry and a
slice of lemon or lime. Serve straight away.
Note: Pineapple juice is used in
other version of this mocktail.
